Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which DecideCrowd issues refunds for our services and subscriptions.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with DecideCrowd services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for payments made to DecideCrowd.

We offer refunds for our subscription services within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that the service has not been substantially utilized. For one-time purchases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally available under the following circumstances:

  • New subscriptions: Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues: Service unavailability or technical problems that prevent access to or use of our services
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or other billing mistakes
  • Service unavailability: Extended periods where our service is not accessible

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • For subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
  • If you have violated our Terms and Conditions
  • For services that have been fully delivered or substantially utilized
  • For partial or unused portions of your subscription after the refund eligibility period

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to hello@decidecrowd.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and order details
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period, unless otherwise specified in this policy

5. Promotional Credits and Gift Cards

Promotional credits, gift cards, and other non-monetary forms of payment:

  • Are non-refundable for cash unless required by law
  • Cannot be transferred to another account
  • May be subject to specific expiration dates and terms as communicated when issued

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant special consideration for a refund outside of this policy, please contact our support team with details. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to This Policy

DecideCrowd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
